Founded by Navy Veteran and seasoned entrepreneur Todd, our company brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in real estate, property management, and renovations.

Raised in South Louisiana, Todd built Cop Properties on the principles of discipline, responsiveness, and results. From first-time buyers and sellers to seasoned investors, we serve clients with a grounded, proactive approach that gets real results — not just promises.

Originally from Zachary, Louisiana, Todd moved to San Antonio in 1998 after serving seven years in the United States Navy.  The leadership and discipline he learned while serving our country can be seen in his personal life and how he runs his companies. Todd prides himself on open communication and full transparency. Always wanting to challenge himself, Todd has opened multiple successful businesses, finished out commercial properties, flipped residential properties, and helped countless clients buy, sell, or rent their own properties. Todd is constantly thinking of ways to improve his real estate businesses while providing the absolute best value to his clients. It is his passion, drive, willpower and most importantly his perseverance that allows him to be successful. Never wanting to be still, Todd enjoys taking up home improvement projects, making his famous beef-jerky, hosting Cajun   crawfish boils, and watching Football.

Brandy grew up in Fort Worth, Texas and later earned her accounting degree from Texas Tech University.  Prior to real estate, Brandy worked in the home building industry as well as multiple public accounting firms.  Brandy pursued her license in Real Estate in 2022 and has since successfully sold 13 homes in just over a year.  Brandy is known for her attention to detail and enjoys cooking and reading in her free time.

He oversaw the production of over 1300 homes in the span of ten years, many of which he was the Regional Manager with a team of up to 8 superintendents working under him. William brings knowledge of construction into the real estate business to help his clients understand the nuances of buying and selling their home. He has been a real estate agent for over 13 years and is a top producing agent. His clients are always the priority, and this is shown in the eighty plus 5-star reviews on Zillow.
